The Team!

George is the Director of the Clariott. Having over 30 years building experience, his knowledge of the industry covers a wide range of services including conversions, construction, groundworks, new build, landscaping and extensions. Having completed hundreds of such projects over the years, his clients can be assured that he has the knowledge and experience required to manage their projects from planning through to completion including everything in between. George believes the key to success is having foresight and his experience means he can identify any potential issues before they hold up a project and delay completion. George is passionate about passing skills onto the next generation and supports continuous professional development in his team and mentors their learning.

Oliver has been with Clariott for over 10 years. Oliver and George have worked closely together and so Oliver fully understands how George manages his projects and his high expectations for the end result. Oliver's qualified trade is bricklaying but he also enjoys snagging and ensuring projects are completed to George's high expectations. Oliver also manages the day-to-day Health & Safety onsite, ensuring the team are working in a safe and secure site.

William is carrying on the family tradition in the building construction industry by following in his father’s footsteps. His skillset is across the board and he is particularly experienced in carpentry and kitchen installations.  

Paul is new to the company and brings welcome experience in plastering and finishing projects.  Having worked previously in loft conversions, Paul has made the move to Clariott to broaden his project experience.

Leon comes to Clariott with extensive labouring experience, digger certification and brick laying experience. We are thrilled with his work ethic and the progress made when he is on site.

When needed, George has a wide range of regular specialist sub-contractors in the industry that he can hire for various aspects of a project. This ensures he can manage your project 100% and provide the necessary resources from start to finish across all trades as required.

Over the years George has endeavoured to build strong business relationships with his local and national suppliers, believing that his suppliers very much form part of his overall team and are crucial to project success. This means he is easily able to obtain the resources, that are required to finish projects on time and within budget.

Behind the building scenes, the Clariott office is taken care of by a small team of people passionate about the success of the company – they are responsible for administration, sales and marketing, project planning, and accounts …..which ensures George can be onsite daily, and focus solely on the success of your project.
